Automation of stacking heavy bags on pallets is key to increasing production line efficiency and relieving workers from demanding physical labor. Our advanced stations, based on collaborative robots with increased payload capacities (e.g., Cobot UR30), are adapted for the precise handling of bags (paper and plastic) weighing up to 25–30 kg.
The station was designed with intelligent process control in mind – before being placed on the pallet, each bag can pass through an integrated checkweigher verifying the correctness of its weight, and the robot automatically checks for the presence and correct positioning of the pallet before starting the cycle.

• Increased payload: Handling of heavy products – bags weighing up to 25 kg / 50 lbs (and more depending on the configuration)
• Integrated quality control: Option to integrate a checkweigher into the production line
• Position repeatability: A system of belt and roller conveyors with side guides and a presence sensor guarantees perfect bag positioning before pickup
• Collaborative operation: A safety level that allows working without fencing, curtains, or scanners at speeds up to 4.5 bags per minute
• Packing flexibility: Supports multiple layers and stacking patterns (e.g., matrices of 5 bags in 8-9 layers) depending on the product format
